The New Center of Excellence for Special Olympics Illinois
The Center of Excellence (COE) is a simple, user-friendly online portal for Special Olympics Illinois athletes, unified partners coaches, circle of care members, and volunteers. It streamlines registration and allows for real-time communication. This new system replaces the old Athlete Medical Forms (previously required every three years) and the Class A Registration for coaches, volunteers, and Unified Partners. To remain eligible and involved in any LWSRA program associated with Special Olympics Illinois, everyone must create a COE profile by the December 1, 2025 deadline.

I have previously registered with Special Olympics as a unified partner, coach or volunteer.
You must Claim your Profile first before completing any outstanding requirements or adding additional roles.
I have only registered an athlete with a med app or have never registered.
You must create a portal account first, before completing any requirements for your role or adding an athlete.
