Experiences make lifelong memories! Hawks Bucks are available and make a great gift idea for family and friends. Make a donation to LWSRA Hawks Bucks in the name of your favorite LWSRA participant and they will be able to use the donation towards their next LWSRA adventure.
How it works
Participants can earn Hawks Bucks for their account through several methods:
- Donations made to LWSRA Hawks Bucks in the participant’s name (please contact us if you would like a physical certificate to give as a gift and we can email you one or you may pick-up at the LWSRC).
Donations made to LWSRA towards an individual’s Hawks Bucks account will be held in a designated fund solely for that individual and may only be redeemed for LWSRA programs and events (not refundable to the individual). Donations towards an individual’s Hawks Bucks account are tax-deductible with the exception of donations made by a parent or legal guardian, which cannot be claimed as a tax-deductible contribution.
- Participating in certain LWSRA fundraisers (such as selling raffle tickets) where a portion of the funds raised go to LWSRA with the remaining portion added to the participant’s Hawks Bucks account.
- Registering for a sponsored program (a sponsor may elect to split their donation among the program registrant’s Hawks Bucks accounts
