LWSRA Program - Refund Request Form

LWSRA understands issues may arise from time to time when it comes to the ability to attend a program you are registered for. To request a refund for a program, please complete the form below. Contact support@lwsra.org with any questions.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be provided if requested at least 14 days prior to the program start date, unless LWSRA has already incurred expenses related to the program (tickets, staffing, etc.). A pro-rated refund will be given, less the expenses already incurred.

Partial refunds will be provided if requested at least 48 hours prior to the program start date. A pro-rated refund, less any expenses already incurred by LWSRA and a $5.00 processing fee, will be issued.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the program start date but may be considered if the absence was for medical reasons and a doctor’s note is included.

Refunds will be issued automatically for programs cancelled by LWSRA due to low enrollment. Refunds will not be given due to weather-related cancellations.

How do I Receive my refund?

For accounts with a balance, the refund will be applied towards your existing balance. For all other refunds, we will attempt to refund directly to the credit card or e-check account.

If we are unable to issue back to the original payment method, the refund will be issued as non-refundable Hawks Bucks or a refundable household credit and would be automatically applied in CommunityPass the next time you register. A refund check may be requested for any household credit, but is subject to a $5 processing fee (unless credit is from program cancelled by due to low enrollment).

Refund or Credit Information

Note: Hawks Bucks or Household Credits will be automatically applied towards your balance when registering online via the new online registration software.

If your original payment used Hawks Bucks towards program fees, these are non-refundable and will be credited back to your Hawks Bucks to be applied to your future registrations.
