Tom joined the LWSRA team in 2003 as a program aide. He took over managing the LWSRA website and designing the seasonal brochures in 2008 up until 2012 when he became the full-time support services supervisor. In 2021 he assumed the role of Office Manager currently overseeing finance, registration, IT, website, marketing & publication design while also serving as the agency’s primary FOIA officer. Tom attended Grand Valley State University before graduating from Lewis University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal/Social Justice. 

Tom’s father, “Coach” Ralph Krauss, has worked at LWSRA as a part-time coach since 1979. Tom remembers attending many LWSRA programs and events with Coach Ralph while growing up and eventually began volunteering once he was old enough to help.
