The Lincolnway Special Recreation Association does hereby invite sealed bids for Hero’s Village Sensory Garden. Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, concrete curbs, walks and paving, segmental seat wall, and planting and seeding.
Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after 10 AM on July 15, 2026 from BuildingConnected. Visit app.buildingconnected.com for details. There is no cost to download the PDF files. Hard copies are at the contractor’s expense.
Bids will be accepted at the Lincolnway Special Recreation Association, 1900 Heather Glen Drive New Lenox, Illinois, 60451, during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor’s name and address, and “Bid for Hero’s Village Sensory Garden,” on the face of the envelope. Bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM on July 29, 2026. Bids will be opened at 10:01 AM at the Lincolnway Special Recreation Association 1900 Heather Glen Drive New Lenox, Illinois, 60451. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Lincolnway Special Recreation Association.

Lincolnway Special Recreation Association, New Lenox, Illinois requests sealed lump sum bids to furnish a new 2022 or 2023 Ford Explorer 4dr 4×4 or similar, and accepting LWSRA 2014 Ford Explorer (trade-in).
Bid packets are available at the LWSRA office located at 1900 Heather Glen Dr., New Lenox IL 60451, and online at www.LWSRA.org. All bids must be returned sealed on the Associations-provided bid form no later than January 3, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. A public bid opening will be conducted at Lincolnway Special Recreation Association office, 1900 Heather Glen Dr, New Lenox, Illinois, on this day beginning at 9:00 a.m.
