Erica joined the LWSRA team in 2023 as the Manager of Programs. Previously she has worked as the Director of Operations at the I Can Dream Center and was a program supervisor at the Elmhurst Park District. Erica attended the University of St. Francis where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Administration with a concentration in Recreation Therapy. She holds her CTRS certification as a Certified Recreation Specialist through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification.
Erica resides in Orland Park with her husband, two teenage sons, and their puppy, Liv. She enjoys cooking, baking and spending time outdoors with family.
