  • LWSRF On the Links 2022 Golf Outing

    Links at Carillon 21200 S Carillon Dr, Plainfield

    Proceeds from the event benefit LWSRA, which provides recreational programs for individuals with disabilities as an extension of seven member park districts. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE! (sponsors may request a 50% discount code to sponsor sponsor the other outing at equal or lesser value.  *Does not include complimentary foursomes) LWSRF on the Links Saturday, September, 17, 2022 The Links of Carillon 21200 W. South Carillon Dr. Plainfield, IL 60544 Check-in: 10:30am Coffee, donuts and complimentary driving range and putting green available until shotgun start. Shotgun Start: 12:00pm 18 holes of golf, contests on the course, hot dog lunch to-go at the turn and complimentary beverage carts included. Dinner: 5:30pm Contest hole and raffle prize winners announced during dinner. Day with the Grinch time slots on Saturday, December 10th: Activities include pizza, picture with the Grinch, crafts, arm painting, hair dressing, and much more! Purchase tickets for the whole family at one of the following timeslots: 10:30-11:45am  12:15-1:30pm 2-3:15pm 3:45-5pm A maximum of 200 tickets will be sold per timeslot to encourage a more inclusive setting for families of individuals with disabilities. You may also bring or show the digital copy of the flyer image to the cashier to ensure LWSRF receives their donation.

  • I Can Du It! Adaptive Duathlon

    An adaptive duathlon (a modified run-bike-run race) for children and young adults ages 4-30 with developmental disabilities and special needs. Participants of all abilities are welcome to race with or without adaptive equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, adapted bikes, bikes with training wheels, or other assistive devices. Hosted by BDI Playhouse Children’s Therapy & Lincolnway Special Recreation Association We are excited to announce that all race profits will be donated to Lincolnway Special Recreation Association!
