I have been a resident of Frankfort since 2005 after moving from Tinley Park/.  I grew up in Oak Lawn.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Champlain College.  I have worked for the Social Security Administration since 1991 and worked for the Office of Hearing Operations as the Hearing Office Director 2000. I currently work in the Orland Park Hearing Office.

My wife, Mollie, and I have been married nineteen years and we have five children, one grandchild and a son-in law.

I have been a member of the Federal Managers’ Association (FMA) since 2000.  I was chapter President for ten years and have been on FMA’s Executive Board since 2009 and am currently the national Vice President.  Our mission is “Advocating Excellence in Public Service.”  I was 2022 FMA Federal Manager of the Year.

Of my five children, two of them, have special needs and are active participants at LWSRA.  LWSRA has been a tremendous resource for our children and family which is why I actively sought a board position when a vacancy opened at LWSRF as a way to give back,  I have been on the board for two years.
