First Time Participants

Individuals who are new to the LWSRA family are encouraged to setup a participant intake meeting with a member of our Recreation Team. This quick meeting, which will take place either virtually or in-person, allows our recreation staff to meet our new participants and families while completing a quick assessment that allow us to determine a participant’s interests and goals for participating. These meetings assist us in providing the best possible service to you! During the meeting, team members will be able to provide a quick overview of programs offered, guide you towards activities that best provide you with a rewarding experience and answer any questions you may have.

  • E-check now available! (preferred method of LWSRA as it offers the lowest processing fee to LWSRA while saving on accounting costs.)

Registering for Programs

Program registration is handled online through CommunityPass. Forms and required paperwork traditionally located in the back of the brochure have also moved online and can be completed within CommunityPass. Participants without internet or would otherwise be unable to register should contact the LWSRA office to setup a registration meeting and registration team will assist you! Once you finish the account setup process and an LWSRA team member has verified your account, you will be ready to add each fun and exciting program to your cart and complete the checkout process to sign-up. New Users – Getting Started:

Step 1 – Create your account. An LWSRA staff member will assist in your account creation either in-person or over the phone. This typically takes around 5 minutes. Once it is set-up and you receive the welcome email from CommunityPass, you may log-in for the first time then advance to step 2.
