Trunk or Treat is a community event open to the public. Families can walk from trunk to trunk for candy and also head indoors for additional Halloween activities.
Volunteers are needed as:
- Provide a Trunk (need to bring candy as well) –> sign up here –> https://lwsra.kindful.com/e/trunk-or-treat-2022
- Haunted House Scarers/Monitors (wear all black)
- Line Entertainers (wear costume)
- Picture Takers
- Craft Manager
- Mystery Box Managers
- Game Managers
- Maintenance/Runner
Please wear a costume! If you are a scarer, wear black clothing.
Location of event: LWSRC, 1900 Heatherglen Drive in New Lenox
Arrival time for volunteers at 9am
Event Start Time at 10am
(it is sensory friendly time for individuals with disabilities from 10-11am and then open to the general public from 11am-1pm)
Event End Time at 1pm
Volunteer clean-up until 130pm
