Trunk or Treat is a community event open to the public. Families can walk from trunk to trunk for candy and also head indoors for additional Halloween activities.
Volunteers are needed as:
- Picture Taker (1)
- Outside Trunk or Treat line directors (3)
- Haunted House Monitors (2) (Halloween/Michael Myers Theme)
- Haunted House Scare People (3) (Halloween/Michael Myers Theme)
- Craft Room (2) (Hocus Pocus Theme)
- Slime Room (2) (Nightmare Before Christmas Theme)
- Mystery Boxes (2) ( Beetlejuice Theme)
- Gym Activities (4) (Friday the 13th Theme)
- Lobby (2) (Ghostbusters Theme)
- Floaters (Wear any costume)
Please wear a costume! If you are a scarer, wear black clothing.
Location of event: LWSRC, 1900 Heatherglen Drive in New Lenox
Arrival time for volunteers at 9am
Event Start Time at 10am
(it is sensory friendly time for individuals with disabilities from 10-11am and then open to the general public from 11am-1pm)
Event End Time at 1pm
Volunteer clean-up until 130pm
